After only two days of availability, “When I’m gone” by Alesso and Katy Perry debuted on two of Billboard’s dance / electronic charts (dated Jan. 8).

The track, released on December 29, reached No. 4 in Dance / Electronic Digital song sales and No. 17 on the Hot Dance / Electronic Songs multi-meter chart, according to Billboard.

“Gone” racked up 685,000 US streams and 159,000 radio audiences and sold 1,500 downloads in its first two days, according to MRC Data also reported by Billboard.

On Monday, January 10, the official music video for “When I’m Gone” will receive a massive world premiere when ESPN airs the video at halftime of the 2022 College Football National Qualifiers.
