Duke Dumont fans can rejoice when the beloved house artist announced he will be performing his show DUALITY LIVE at Coachella this year.

duke Dumont captured the hearts of her global fan base two years ago by delivering her debut album DUALITY to get everyone on the right track. This album became the soundtrack for many during the pandemic as they looked forward to better days and longed for the next time they could see it on stage again. In 2021, these desires to surprise him were satisfied for those who were able to attend his LIVE DUALITY shows in places like The sanctuary in THE and Before Gardner in New York – but fans kept hoping for more.

Now, the beloved house maestro has announced that those who attend his sets over the two weekends of Coachella this year will be a treat as the DUALITY LIVE show is about to reappear. This unique experience plays into the thematic elements of the album and offers so much more to those who pay close attention, as hidden elements add to the mood.

“My goal was to create an electronic opera, with opposing polar themes that come together in one”, Duke Dumont said of DUALITY LIVE. “The show on the one hand has authoritative elements demonstrated on the song ‘OBEY’, the polar opposite being the freedom and unity that is experienced on the song ‘Together’.”

For those who missed his previous shows and are unfamiliar, this Duke Dumont experience sees him play between two layers of optics that include dual-LED wall structures and screen interaction for a maximum effect. As the stunning visuals are on display, Duke Dumont deconstructs and reconstructs his tracks with instant access to different loops and synthesizers via custom modular synths, Moogs, a TR 808, and more.

If you’re heading to Coachella this year, be sure to catch Duke Dumont when he takes the stage on Sunday, April 17 and 24 — you won’t want to miss it. Check out a preview of “Obey” live on Instagram!
