STEPHEN SHARPE, Laura Duff, Straightpour and Yurtis Mayfield will perform the city’s newest musical event – the 126 Sessions, which take place this weekend.
Circuit Arts Festival, in partnership with the 126 Artist-Run Gallery, will hold its first outdoor musical event at Ãrus na nGael, Dominick Street, this Saturday, October 2.
Stephen Sharpe is well known to Galway audiences as an original and imaginative songwriter, whose music draws inspiration from Led Zeppelin and Laurie Anderson, and the realities of contemporary gay life.
Laura Duff is an alternative pop musician from Limerick; Straightpour is a punk / grunge band from Galway; and Yurtis Mayfield is an electronic musician from Galway.
Tickets will be sold individually and in groups of six. Pods will have reserved outdoor seating with table service and are offered at discounted rates for groups. Individual tickets will operate on a first come, first served basis.
Tickets will be available at the door from 6 p.m. at â¬ 25 and will only be payable in cash. Participants must provide a valid vaccination certificate upon entry. Circuit Arts Festival operates as a non-profit, voluntary organization. For more information e-mail [emailÂ protected].
