SLANDER’s hit ‘Love Is Gone’ gets a special Tiësto remix: Listen
Without doubt one of the best pieces of electronic dance music of all time, ‘Love is gone’ through CALUMNY and Dylan matthieu was entitled to his 12e (and standalone) remixed by none other than Tiësto.
After accumulating more than 60 million streams on Spotify and captivating the hearts of music lovers the world over, it’s no surprise that more than two years after its initial release, this track is still so relevant today.
‘Love is gone’ was released on Gud’s vibrations, common SLANDER’S tag with the lord of the trapdoor NGHTMRE, in 2019. The beginning of the year 2020 welcomed a pack of 7 remixes including remixes of Danny Olson, Synymata and Kompany. This year, some of the best in electronic music graced the track, copying remixes from R3HAB, Kaskade, Alok and Armin Van Buuren in a staggered output.
Tiësto adds a nice progressive touch to the song, which will undoubtedly be very present in his next sets. He will hit SOUND STORM festival in Saudi Arabia next weekend, as well as a busy race through the United States in the new year and a little Australian passage in March.
Having just completed a series of shows, including several sets at EDC Las Vegas (one of them back to back with says the sky) and appearances at Lost lands and Lollapalooza, as well as recent collaborations with White Night Of La Ganja, MARAUDA and She Vee, SLANDER had an unforgettable 2021. They will look forward to 2022, with a live performance exclusive to Ultra Music Festival in Miami with Dylan Matthew.
SLANDER also teased the second part of ‘Love is gone’ (title ‘Walk on water’) in their concerts for almost two years; the track also features a British singer RÃRY (the sister of trance DJ Gareth Emery). Maybe in 2022, it will see the light of day?
